Joya Residence Tunari was a project he brought into the portfolio after a meeting where a potential client wanted to buy an apartment. During the negotiation, Mihai found out that the client actually owned Joya Residence Tunari—and convinced him to give him the opportunity to sell the project, leaving him impressed with the discussion.

These results drew the attention and trust of investors. This was followed by an intense period at Real Sol Services, where Mihai was involved in the development and sale of complexes such as Onix Park, Onix Blue, GViTown Mihai Bravu, Seasons Primăverii, Green Hills – Piatra Neamț, Romanescu Park – Craiova, and Botanica VIP – Bulgaria.

Leadership through results

In 2020, a new challenge came: Morad Group. From residential projects to industrial, from commercial developments to the reconstruction of Beirut, Mihai rigorously and efficiently coordinated the delivery of over 1,000 units. 400 apartments sold in less than 7 months, 200 units rented in record time, and international partnerships in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bulgaria, and Israel—all speak about a leader who turns plans into reality.
